One Girl Her Backpack and a Passion for Travel

I love traveling, seeing new places and experiencing adventures. I spend a lot of time thinking and dreaming and strategizing my next big escape. Currently, I’m a full time post-bacc student at Baylor trying to get all my pre-reqs for medical school and maybe continuing on to get my 2nd bachelors in Biology. Who knows? All I really want to do is go to medical school. I’m formerly a drinker of the Schipul Kool-Aid at Schipul – The Web Marketing Company where I worked in Business Development and as a Web site Production Project Manager.

In my former life, I lived and worked in the Caribbean, wandered around London and Barcelona for a few summers, studied Biology in Australia, surfed in South Africa and got lost in Japan. Now I help others plan their adventures on Do It While You’re Young and I’m a medic in the Texas Army National Guard. Eventually my goal is to commission in the Army active duty and become an Army doctor.
